Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience1-3 years of experience with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10
  • 1-3 years of experience with implementing and supporting Windows Server
  • Expertise and ability to troubleshoot Active Directory, NTFS permissions, and Group Policy
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010+, Office 365)
  • Experience with Google Apps Corporate
  • Apple OS experience is encouraged
  • Experience with supporting and troubleshooting Virtualization solutions with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
  • Desired certifications include MCSA/MCSE, Linux, CCNA
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Detail-oriented with ability to draw relevant and effective conclusions from data analysis. Take corrective action and provide technical direction to resolve errors or inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1,2 & 3 support to Datotel clients as well as internal Datotel staff
  • Administration of Windows Server 2008/2012 guest operating systems, maintain and suggest/make improvements to customer’s server environments
  • Assist other teams with developing, installing, and configuring client server environments
