Datotel Sabbatical Program
What would you do on a month long sabbatical? Datotel believes that time for rest and renewal aligns with our core values and will not only help employees become re-energized but offer them the opportunity to pursue once in a lifetime experiences.
Such experiences could range from volunteering at a local non-profit, cycling across France, spending time with relatives or learning a new skill. This policy is for full-time employees after their 5th service anniversary and then again every five years following the initial sabbatical.
